Are your vintage watches authentic?

Yes. Every timepiece is thoroughly verified for authenticity by our experienced specialists along with retaining its original parts unless otherwise noted before being listed. What we do is we make sure that every single piece is thoroughly check inside and out – movement, dial, hands, case – everything get examined properly.

Do you provide proof of authentication?

Most of the watches we sell are recognised as “vintage”. Therefore, its boxes and papers get lost when owner move and change-hand or simply some
owners are not keeping them. For us, the condition, the originality and authenticity of the watch itself are what truly matter. However, every story behind the watch is unique, therefore, where available, original box and papers will be included and clearly stated in the listing.

What condition are the watches in?

As vintage pieces, each watch carries its own characteristics. We provide detailed descriptions and photos in highlighting conditions, including any signs of wear.

Are the watches serviced?

All watches are either professionally checked for proper functionality or serviced if needed to ensure perfect condition. Service history will be mentioned when available.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty covering movement-related issues under normal use.

Do you polish the watch?

We aim to preserve originality so polishing is kept minimal unless necessary.

What is not covered?

Damage from water, misuse, accidental impact, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.

Where do you source your watches?

Our watches are sourced through a trusted global network of dealers, plus auctions around the world and don’t worry, we do not mass source, every piece is individually selected.

Do you take requests to source specific watches?

No, we’re sorry but at the moment, we don’t offer sourcing watches for specific model upon request.

Can I try a watch in person?

We’re online-only so we don’t have an official offline store. However, we do offer private, appointment-only viewings upon request. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time

How can I purchase a watch online without seeing it in person?

We know it’s tough to trust online stores these days, especially when you are making a high-value purchase. It naturally requires a great deal of trust. And we believe that trust is earned but not given. Therefore, our online store is built based on reputation, transparency and consistency.

We provide detailed and high-resolution imagery and honest descriptions, with full disclosure of condition, originality and serviced history where available. We believe nothing should be left uncertain, therefore, what you see is an honest reflection of the piece. Of course, if there’s flaw, we’re surely mentioned it.

We stand behind every watch, so we are always available to share additional photos and answer any questions. Unfortunately, we don’t reserve any watch, available watches are able to be purchased immediately via our website

No, we’re sorry but at the moment, we don’t produce watch straps to order, but we would love to hear so please do send us an email if you have any opinions
